GTA Online Network error

so, I've posted this on GTAForums, rockstar support and now i'm posting this here, because.. well... reasons

I've been trying "later", as a matter of fact I've been trying daily multiple times a day since November 4th, I've completely reinstalled the game, Deleted any and every folder that was related to GTA V and Rockstar social club off my computer, rebooted my PC and router dozens of times, Port-forwarded my PC (DMZ is the exact same thing, which is what I did)

This is extremely annoying as i have never had any issues before getting banned. so I know that nothing could have affected the game since I got banned/unbanned on my end

 

 

Basically, I can't connect and stay online for longer than 3 minutes.

 

I've deleted everything related to RGSC in appdata/local, Roaming and LocalLow, Documents, Program Data... and completely reinstalled GTA 5... Rebooted my pc dozens of times since then and my router. 

 

I'm thinking there's something i can do to my router and see if i can get it working? Someone on a discord server i'm on says that it could also be a "discouragement ban" where it throws false errors and kicks me a bunch of times to discourage me from coming back
