core p3 compatibility

Ok so, I'm planning to build a computer based on a core p3 chasis. I want to use a ek pump res combo; however, the stanf-offs of the pump are 50mmx50mm, and the core p3 bracket is about 8 to 10 cms I think, so I would be unable to attach the pump to the rest of the chasis. I was wondering if any of you knows a way to make the pump fit to a core p3,
