This is a post created with for the purpose of essentially "Crowdsourcing" a place for any good replacement audio jacks. After my pair of Skullcandy Hesh 2's 3.5mm cable died, I searched all over for a cable that would work for the odd recessed connector. I hope that people will post frequently to this to help others find replacements for their beloved headphone cables. Please look for your headphones in the comments before asking if anyone knows of a good replacement. If you can provide a link that would be nice as well. Kudos for links for other countries.

It's generally not hard to find replacement cables for headphones... Also, any slim termination on any 3.5mm cable would have worked for your headphones, so I can't imagine you looked that hard...

Regardless, if you want something like this to stick (Or be a sticky), I would suggest that you find several cables of varying prices, and post them either here, or send them to @SSL so he can put them in the Audio Board's Frequently Asked Questions sticky. There is a cable section there (It has a super brief piece that I wrote for it a year or so ago)

Also, don't force people to read through comments to try to find their answers - if anyone posts some useful info, I would suggest that you quote it, and add it to the OP, with spoilers or something to organize it a little. I think that would make it much easier to find a replacement quickly, rather than forcing someone to look through tens, or even hundreds of pages about cables for specific headphones.

Hey! New SIgnature!

I'm supposedly a person on the Internet, but you'll never know if I'm human or not ;)

Thanks for the advice. It was just ridiculously hard to find anything that was a good quality and was not discontinued. I looked all over online and such and apparently it was a common issue for people having headphone cords not fit. I figured this might help.
