Motherboard Help

I bought an HP Pavillion about a year ago and it was getting about the time I had saved up enough money to upgrade the video card when I opened up the case to see what connectors it had I noticed it didn't have a power supply or a PCIex16 slot is there anything I could do to upgrade my graphics card without buying/building a computer from scratch.
