Freenas plugins not working

Member

My Freenas plugins menu does not show any available plugins. The loading times to see my installed plugins and time to check for available plugins takes over 5 minutes.

Running multiple plugins also has problems (seems like IPs are messed up).

Plex kind of runs okay, just no direct connection outside my network.

I need some help. Thanks

What version of freenas are you running? You may need to change what repository it's pulling the plugin list from if you're not keeping up with current releases.

Repository I'm using: http://download.freenas.org/plugins/9/x64/pbi-meta/pbi-repo.rpo

I am running  FreeNAS-9.10.1 (d989edd)

I will try that repository thanks.

this is my current repository: http://download.freenas.org/plugins/9/x64/pbi-meta/pbi-repo.rpo

Still not working.

It doesnt even show my downloaded plugins and the available plugins.

Do i need to dedicate a nic to WAN or something like that?

Freenas box may not be connected to the internet.

Plugins and updates cannot be reached.

Must be a networking issue all together.

Any suggestions for how to fix?

My files are accessible on LAN

Try adding a nameserver? I think your NAS box is having a hard time finding the internet cause it cannot find a domain name server.

IE: 8.8.8.8

or

8.8.4.4

Google DNS servers are always a win. If you haven't already re-tested, go into shell and try nslookup www.google.com and see what you get.
