I have a A10 7700k overclocked to 4ghz with a rx 480.  This is a bottleneck so don't bother me about it.  So when I used to play black ops 3 in august I would get 55-80 fps with max settings.  Sometimes even in the 100s in less demanding areas.  Now I get 30-40 and all I have done is change drivers over time.  My CPU is never about 80%.  I went in the config and saw the worker threads setting was changers so I'm thinking it isn't using all of my CPU.  Or is it my drivers being bad.

Is your card running at the correct frequency? The reason I ask this is because this same thing happened to me and it turned out to be either MSI Afterburner or Sapphire Trixxx conflicting with the clocks within the driver.

The  card is the reference xfx version with factory clock set to 1288.  It could be many things conflicting but other game run fine...

It could be a dodgy driver install. Try using DDU to uninstall your drivers and then reinstall the latest ones again.

I downloaded latest last night still says I didn't upgrade my driver version but it says software is updated so I'm gonna try an uninstall later today and reinstall.  First trouble I've had with this CPU and gpu with this game.  I have seen all over that the rx 480 get about 100-130 fps and I'm not close to that.  I definitely know my CPU can handle it so idk.
