What are you trying to attach? While there are "standard" screw sizes for different components (HDD, ODD, PCIe support) the screws used for attaching your motherboard and for holding the case together depend from manufacturer to manufacturer, so we need some more info.

When in doubt, re-format.

Standoffs: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811993015&cm_re=screws-_-11-993-015-_-Product

Motherboard mounting (these might be for storage drives too, but I think the thread is not as fine): http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16816129066&cm_re=screws-_-16-129-066-_-Product

General hardware mounting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA98C46N5313&cm_re=screws-_-0D8-002P-00002-_-Product

Fan mounting: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811993009&cm_re=screws-_-11-993-009-_-Product

Case thumb screws: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA3913PW4055&cm_re=screws-_-9SIA3913PW4055-_-Product

I'm not saying you should buy these, but those are the screws you're looking for if you can find them at a local electronics shop. Newegg has motherboard screw kits that contain almost everything you need.

Is the case missing the motherboard standoffs as well? Also, the only thing you'll really need to screw down is the mobo since it uses a tool-less hard drive mounting system. (might have to screw down the SSD though since it looks like its only tool-less for 3.5 inchers)

A good option for finding screws is that if you have a computer repair shop close by, they would usually be happy to help you out with screws like this, either for free or for a couple bucks.

When in doubt, re-format.
