Help removing possibly virus

A couple days ago I noticed this pop up in Windows Defender (see Picture). I hit clean and it did nothing, the notification that there was harmful software kept poping up. I then ran a system scan and a root kit with Kaspersky and it found nothing. What do i do.

upload it to virustotal.com and see if any more detections go off, it might be a false alarm although i doubt it.

i just got a blue screen and once i restarted i got this.

After exhausting every free option I know on a friend's windows machine, including rolling back a few weeks prior to any issues that arose - we bought a fixmestick, and it worked. It took a really long time. It was an overnight scan; but it worked.

 

The only reason I tried it; other than I had spent a few days getting frustrated with the system was because they had a guarantee that if the stick didn't remove the virus, they would remote in and do it themselves.
