Looks good, consider dropping down to a i5 6600k if you want to save some money.

And if you arent running at 1440p+ maybe consider dropping down to an RX 480 or GTX 1060. To save money.

Will think about the i5 6600k

But for the 1070, I will get the old monitor of my brother which happens to be a 1440p monitor, because he will buy himself a new one!

So i will mostly buy the 1070 but Thank you for the Advice! :D

Do you really need a high-end motherboard like that? I mean at that point you are paying for a premium which is really nothing in of it self. I would go with a asus z170 a good board for the price. That is where I would cut your cost. Keep the i7 6700k and 1070 that is a very nice combo.
