Hi, I'm experiencing very odd idle clocks, they won't really fluctuate much, it's just switching between 135MHz and 1139MHz. This is just while watching 1080p video from YouTube.
I'm running single 3840x2160 60Hz display. Also turned hardware acceleration off from Chrome.
Is this some driver issue or is this just how it works with Nvidia? I've been using AMD cards since 2011, and they all fluctuated clock speeds much more sophisticated depending from the workload.

NVIDIA Control Panel settings:
- Multi-display/mixed-GPU acceleration: Single display performance mode
- Power management mode: Adaptive

Driver version is 375.70.

Thanks.

I had the same "problem" with my 980 Ti and observed that chrome was causing it, turning off hardware acceleration didn't change a single bit.
There was a hotfix driver release a very short while ago (375.76) that had something in the Patchnotes with: fixing issue with Google Chrome...
