Recommend a 3.5" fan controller

When I built my first computer, I didn't realize beforehand that the fans in many aftermarket cases are wired to always run at full speed.  The best suggestion I got at the time was to get a fan controller, but the only 5.25" bay was already taken by an optical drive.  I feel stupid for taking this long to think of it, but my case has an external 3.5" bay and they do make some 3.5" fan controllers.

So what 3.5" fan controller do you guys suggest?  My build is a Cooler Master N200 case with the two stock fans, no graphics card, and a i3 4170 CPU with stock cooler.  The CPU is what gets the hottest and its never got over 40 C and rarely goes over 35 C, so that fans could stand to slow down a bit. :D

Doesn't your motherboard offer the possibility to control fans?

What headers are you powering each fan from? The stock XtraFlo fans should come with both a 3pin fan connector and 4pin molex connector. If you want to control the fan speeds, you should control them from the 3pin connector and not use the 4pin molex.

Well, I would normally feel stupid, but solves my issue for free.  And now I'm really trying to figure out what cool or useful thing I could use the external 3.5" bay for.  I don't need any more jacks (of any sort) or a card reader and I don't have a use for hotswapping.  I saw one thing that was controls for multimedia, but I already have seperate equipment that takes care of that.  What I would actually kind of like is a little drawer, but those only seem to come in 5.25".
