Witcher 3 Black screen

Recently bought Witcher 3, been playing it and enjoying it a ton, but roughly every 15 minutes or so, I get a black screen as if my monitor goes to sleep. I have my ps4 controller hooked up via USB and play with that, any ideas on how to fix this issue? I play with the controller hooked up for other games (MGSV for example) for multiple hours and this has never happened.. Any ideas/suggestions?

Check your Power Settings, go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options, and check "Change Plan Settings" - Where it says "Turn off the Display" make sure that it is set to "never".

If that doesn't work here's what I would try:

1. Reseat cable between monitor and graphics card.

2. Reseat graphics card.

3. Try a different cable.

4. Try different ports on the graphics card and monitor.

5. Try your monitor on a different system.

6. Try a different monitor.
