Android phone not working

After I got my galaxy s3 I factory reset it I didn't put a google account in because I just wanted to update it. Then I ran sum updates and this message starts coming up so I factory reset it again to put my google account in but now I'm stuck in time and date.

With phone turned off, hold power, volume up at the same time

When in menu, use volume to move up and down, power to select

Thx for the help but it just keeps trying to boot
