Hello again ! So my question is, how often will I encounter stuttering with a freesync monitor with v-sync = on, on a gtx 1080 video card.

As the g-sync monitors are quite expensive, I'm planning to buy LG 27UD68 freesync monitor. I'm going to play battlefield 1 on 4k resolution, so the framerate will dip a bit below 60fps.or

Sorry for the dumb question, but I just want to make sure if the experience will be some what enjoyable.

What CPU? According to GamersNexus, GTX 1080 should get around 69 (avg) frames at high, with ultra pulling in just lower at 4K. You should get minimal stuttering. Disable V-Sync, lowers stuttering especially in a situation where you don't want your framerate capped.

idk
