Z170 motherboard, not H170 because you won't able to overclock your 6600k to maximize its potential

Not the PSU

EVGA g2, Corsair CXM or RM will be far better

Keyboard is expensive and not even mechanical

Get a monitor with 144hz refresh rate to make it better for yout 1070 or with IPS panel

No need for WD Black if gaming, WD blue would be enough

Get 16GB of RAM too

1.Dont get K cpu if u are not going to overclock it and get B150 motherboard.

2.Get a better psu like EVGA G2 550WATT is more than enough

3.Shh.. get a better cooler like Be quiet Pure rock or 212 Evo

4.You dont need BLACK for just a storage devices

I don't plan on over clocking not even close enough to that point of computer working just at basics I didn't know that the black and blue wd were even different but I've changed it to blue and with the ram is it a good choice just make it 16 instead of 8 or get a diffwnt brand?

any brand of ram wil be fine

i would overclock it since 1070 will be bottlenecked

>get 2x8GB ram stick for only $70-80

>650W is overkill

>those blue case fans go against your red/black color theme

>monitor is a bit prices for just a 1080p 60Hz

I'll be right back with a list.

Only amazon? What about newegg? They offer more competitive prices with most components.

on the parts list i couldnt find the red version of the 3 pack red led but i do have the red led in mind, couple of things though great list and thanks for help but i would like to keep the case a friend gave me a brand new one to start because i cant play any games with him on pc second i dont mind the overclocking if i get a so called future proof motherboard that way i dont have to switch it out in the near future ......same goes for power supply. down the line i would like to run sli with 2 gtx 1070 i could diffently go with a better monitor thanks alot(i heard that display port is better then all so pick the monitor) that plus unless its a fps game i wont be using a keyboard and mouse but instead a custom 360 controller but would still like a good "gaming" mouse and keyboard under 100$ so recommandation is welcome i use amazon because as a prime menber i get free shipping on almost anything plus 500$ is in my account to go toward the build ...(been saving up)when it comes to the ram i already have two 4gig corseir ram so i could buy diffent higher ram (if that would work) but my little ocd side wont have it, when it comes to the liqud cooling i agree with u i am a bit paraniod about it leaking and fudging up my entire build so a better option that would work with overclocking would be a great help and finally i will stick by the gx brand been using them for a couple of years now i havent had a issue nothing againest logitech or anything but i like the gx brand...srry for long rant i really do enjoy the help and feed back i just wish i was wise enough to ask for help before i started to order parts ;/

The faster 6700K is the unlocked version and the one you're supposed to pair with a Z170 board. You won't get bottle necks even with a GTX 1080.

Yeah same cooler, anything taller than 157mm won't fit in your case. One of several reasons I hate the SPEC.

That's fair I am not saying I won't upgrade case later on but when I do i would like one like the spec with a black skin red led and a windowed side these are the specs I want for my case

that plus unless its a fps game i wont be using a keyboard and mouse but instead a custom 360 controller but would still like a good "gaming" mouse and keyboard under 100$

Here's a great budget option since you're mainly gonna be using a controller.

Keyboard & Mouse: Cooler Master MasterKeys Lite L RGB MemChanical Keyboard and Mouse Combo  ($59.99 @ Amazon)

Nice case with great airflow but the top frame design is plagued with clearance issues. You should have no problems though since you're using an air cooler.
