Possible Defragging issue?

So here's the thing. I use Defraggler, because I like visually seeing whats going on. But! When I try to defrag my backup harddrive (Used to have my OS, still technically has it but I have an SSD now so its not used other than storage) and it has like.. over 90 gigs of defragmentation. I've literally let it do its thing for 3 days straight, and it hasnt decreased at all. What do?

If you analyze the drive, then look at the list of files, you'll see what's fragmented. If those files are system files like MFT, PageFile, Hibernation files, or Registry files, then you'll have to use Defraggler's Boot Time defragmentation option to fix those.

I had a similar issue recently with some unmovable Windows Store files. I ended up finding a program called Puran Defrag which was able to move any and all files. I set it to boot defrag once, rebooted my computer overnight, and everything was fine. You don't have to do a boot defrag with it though, from what I've read from others it'll still work fine if you defrag with it normally.

That's weird, I would try just defragging it through your OS (I know you can do this Windows, I'm not sure about other versions)
