Pc won't boot...please help

I am building a pc, and it booted once...ran for a few seconds...and then turned off...i haven't been able to get it to boot again...please help as i am currently freaking out...

Do you mean post or full boot?

It won't post...I have had it going before...but i put it into a case instead of a cardboard box lol...and it started to turn on once...but then died....when push the pwr button...the power light on the front will light up but nothing happens...

k thank you...i have tried doing it from a ncix tech tips troubleshooting but still nothing...trying to clear the cmos right now

my main concern is that this is all new hardware...i have only had it going once...and now it doesnt want to work...

All power cables plugged in to proper places and fully inserted? (Motherboard power, graphics card power, memory properly seated, no pinched wires? Power and reset headers correct? Etc. Etc.

 

It also helps to have specs on all components as well.........

Check from panel connectors, and make sure your connections to your graphics card is secure. The first thing I would do is secure every single cable in my build
