Hey guys,

I am not sure what to do with my HDD. I have a ASUS n56vz and my windows keep crashing after a few hours of use. I was sure that should be my HDD fault. I try to run some test with HDtune, and everytime I tried to run ir I got BSoD. I managed to run it without crashing and it found 2 bad blocks in the begining, the rest of the drive was good. Now I am running DRevitalize v1.2 and it found 652 bad sectors in first gigabyte(scan is not over yet). Should I replace my HDD with new one, or I can somehow ignore thoose bad sectors?

Certainly sounds like it's the HDD's fault at this point, though I'd also check to see if your temperatures are OK with something like HWMonitor. If you can't get Windows to stay running for long enough to finish the scans, you could either pull the drive and install it in an external enclosure or another system (like a desktop) for testing, or you could try booting a copy of SeaTools for DOS to run diagnostics outside of Windows.
