Need help building a virtual machine

I know nothing about virtualization but i need to build 1 computer that can support 2 gamers. we will mainly be playing triple a titles and do not want stuttering issues. could someone guide me how to do so and maybe suggest some parts? thanks in advance!!!

 

Possible parts?

Asus sabertooth z170s

Intel i7 6700k

16gb total ram

 

Additional qns

Can i still overclock?

How to i set up raid for redundency

Would the 6700k be ok to support both gamers in intensive games?

Is 8gb ram enough for both gamers?
