First SSD Option

My younger brother's rig of around one year somehow does not have an SSD; after quizzing him on it he admitted it was just something done at a local shop and put together based on a given budget. I thought I help him out and find an entry level SSD simply for his boot drive.

 

I have a small discount coupon at this store so I thought I get it from here:

Question is, how do I select one based on performance-to-price? I've read up a bit on the read/write speeds, but since my brother is just a gamer I don't quite know what is his preference (I myself use an Intel 540s, which was something I could get based on my budget earlier this year).

There are nothing special on that shop at all

 

SanDisk SSD Plus or Kingston UV is fine

Yeah it's a fairly new online store; I shop there mainly for the very personal service and monthly promos. The Kingston UV is the one in stock, but I took a look at the HyperX Fury and was wondering what's the distinction between them.

Just an update: went ahead and got the V400 for RM139, which is about $35.
