25+ inch 1440p IPS

Does anyone know what the best value 25+ inch 1440p IPS is atm?

 

Looking for something not too expensive but it does need to have good colour/contrast.

 

MUST be available in the UK.

Yeah, looks good, however 8ms is a rather long response time. Or should I not bother about that?
