1) Cpu - i5 6402p (13-14k) better than 6400 by 100mhz and costs less. 

2) Motherboard - h110 (4-4.5k)

3) ram - 2132 mhz single stick ddr4 (2.5-3k)

4) graphics card - gtx 1060 exoc from galax for 22k on primeabgb.com

5) Hard disk - 1 tb wd blue (3.5k)

6) ssd - samsung 750 evo (5100₹) on onlyssd.com ( primeabgb.com branch)

7) psu - u can get antec VP450P for 2.7k or get seasonic 450-500w will cost about 5k but will last decades....and can be used in multiple builds and is tier-2 psu

unlike vs which is tier 6.

8) cabinet - anything u like for 4k

Thanks, I really appreciate the effort you put into suggesting every part, it's nice to see such helpful people online, but unfortunately I have to get this system prebuilt but I will definitely be telling the guys who I'm getting this computer from to change out the parts, unfortunetly I can't tell them where to sorce their parts from, that's their business, but i will definitely get the parts changed, thanks.
