Send to TV help

I can "Send to TV" a YouTube video as long as I'm in Chrome. Windows doesn't let me "Cast to Device". It says my device doesn't support Miracast. I was wondering if maybe there is maybe an app or something that I can stream my videos and music from my PC to my TVs.

What on your tv are you expecting to be able to stream to exactly?

Not sure actually. I have a Sony BluRay player. If I click "play on TV" when I'm watching a youtube video, it just says "cast to ..." and it starts to play on my TV.
