I Can't Decide

I have a $1500USD budget for the best PC build possible but can't decide on a build that will benefit me the most. I already have multiple threads on here about a new build but there is a lot to consider and the price I want to spend first up keeps fluctuating. (must include monitor and OS). Must be purchasable from the same website.

Uses:

Gaming

recording

editing

Required:

100hz+

150fps+ when recording in cs:go

all games playable on medium settings with above 60fps when recording

24" - 27" monitor

Case with window xD

8-16g ram

intel

I dont care whether it is OK or not.

ssd 120g minimum (just for my OS and 2 or so games)

MUST BE UPGRADEABLE FOR THE FUTURE!

If I use your build I will send you money and pictures when it is complete.

Ok here is what I have for you so far it is a little over (it is $1516.60) but would not be too hard to make it under the $1500 you are looking at.

Thats awesome thanks mate! I had a look at a youtube video and it performs with like 230+fps when recording on cs:go. Dope! Will get back to you within 2 months.
