Washing the radiator ?

is it possible to clean the radiators by just like rinsing it with water where the dust is, pouring the water on it to get rid of the dust from the fans that it pulled in. experienced in general pc but newish to water cooling

You can use compressed air to blow out the dust but if you have it out of the system and dry it out thoroughly using compressed air or such before installing it back in you can rinse out the fins with water. Just make sure not to get water onto the blocks/pump if it's an AIO unit.

Washing only radiator won't cause any problem, but I would use dust cleaner.
