Hi everyone and thanks for helping me out in advance,

1. Budget & Location

I have around $1300 at my disposal. I live in the netherlands and because everything is much more expensive than elsewhere I am probably going to buy the parts off amazon.

2. Aim

It will mainly be used for gaming, recording and programming.

3. Monitors

I like to have 2 monitors and I already have one. Its nothing fancy (its a tv and I dont know the resolution) and it will be my second monitor. For my main monitor I dont want to go over the top but maybe a 144hz screen would be nice or maybe even a 1440p monitor.

4. Peripherals

I have all I need already.

5. Why are you upgrading?

My parents are divorcing and I need a rig where my dad is going to live.

6. Notes

I dont realy like amd stuff and I dont know if I need an i7 or an i5. From what I have seen an i5 6600k is a good option.

Still cheaper than in the netherlands, just as an example: gtx 1070 msi $389 on amazon and  500 in the netherlands.

I was looking more into an msi motherboard because of the looks ;) is that bad?
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($79.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: PNY CS1311 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($73.11 @ Amazon)

Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card  ($389.00 @ Amazon)

Again msi for looks. Is there a difference between the asus and the msi cards?
Case: Deepcool DUKASE V2 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($49.99 @ Amazon)

I had already found a case but that doesnt matter as long as everything fits right?
Power Supply: Corsair CXM 550W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($71.13 @ Amazon)

Is 550w really enough to power it, just asking I am not an expert? (from what I see online a lot of people get one with more wattage)
Monitor: AOC G2460PF 24.0" 144Hz Monitor  ($230.36 @ Amazon)
