Kinda no sound

Hey so this is the thrid time my sound is not correctly working. but this time ist just in teamspeak skype and steam voice chat. people can hear me but i cant hear them. When weatching a youtube vid i have sound so thats kinda weird. Last two times nothing was working so i reinstalled my audio drivers and everything worked but htis time its somehting different. Need help.

also i used an online mic and headphone test and both were successful
