BF4 PunkBuster problems

Hey guys, so recently I've been playing BF4 everything worked out well but now all the sudden i get this error message:

(the text box glitched so, I don't know if the things I've typed is still there)

 

ERROR

Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster kicked player 'JAC_SDWdidi' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrB.exe initialization failed

I can play the game but only for+/-1minute after that I get kicked. Any help thanks

Hey SDWdidi,

 

I use to get this quite a lot too, still don't understand the cause of the issue, but found a work around.

 

Open up task manager and head to "Details", scroll down the list and you should find the PunkBuster application, click end task and start up BF4 again, should be all good after that.

thanks for that i found another (bit more annoying way though) just restart the pc and done

Haha, great that you found a fix. Hope it doesn't happen constantly like it does for me.

honestly, once it was so bad i uninstalled everything related to bf4 (punkbuster and bf4 not origin) and reinstalled the whole game conclusion: no fixes smh

Yeah, I went through that process too, seems to be an issue that is quite common though.

Lmao a few minutes ago I was playing Operation Locker and saw that exact same error message in chat section. Must have been you!

 

Btw don't play BF4. If you're better than most people you'll be called a hacker and get kicked/banned by mad server admins or players.
