Bios "Fail-Safe" or "Optimized" Defaults?

I want to reset my bios settings back to normal, the bios itself has two options, "Load Fail-Safe Defaults" and "Load Optimized Defaults." Are either of those the stock settings that came with the board?

I usually do Optimized defaults, but I would use discretion depending on your situation. If you were having problems with it I would do the fail safe ones. But if you aren't having problems and just want default settings do optimized.
