proxy dns leak (kali linux)

hi guys well i'm training to hide my position using proxies but it don't work i activated the dynamic chain in proxychaine.conf i also taped service tor start and when i run the service tor command is writes active : active (existed)

but when i try to find my position i have the same results with my pc as much as my laptop is it because i live in algeria or what ? anyway localisation for both laptop (kali linux) and pc(windows) is the same
