Configuring Windows Updates stuck.

Whenever I try to open my computer, It goes into "configuring windows updates" and goes up until 77% and gets stuck. I didn't update my windows and the option to automatically update is disabled. But besides that, I cant get it fixed and it has been like that for hours.

Update: It now starts showing update failed, reverting changes before restarting and going back to "update failed" screen.
