Water cooling flow

Hey guys, just wondering if there was any thing i can do to see the flow of water in my water cooled pc

Clear tubes, clear CPU/GPU Blocks. Assuming you are asking this question though, you sound novice at watercooling, are you perhaps using an AIO?

it is a swifttech h320 which is extendable aio water cooler

Does it have detachable tubes? Indications of a detachable tube is it is attached to the block and radiator by screw on fittings. You can replace these tubes for a very cheap price. Just make sure the inner diameter and outer diameter of the tube is the same as the one you have now.
