You can upgrade that system.

 

Buy a FX-8300 CPU, a RX 460 graphics, a 8GB DDR3 RAM, and a XFX Proseries 450W PSU

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

Get something like an FX-8300 and overclock the snot out of it for better performance. 

 

Then either get an RX 460/RX470 OR go to the used PC market and get something like a GTX 770, GTX 780, HD 7970, R9 280x.
