BSOD Stop Code: CRITICAL SERVICE FAILED

Hey guys, I keep getting a BSOD with the error that says CRITICAL SERVICE FAILED. I'm trying to figure out what is going on but nothing is working. Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to fix this?

First. Parts list? OS?

Want to know which mobo to get?

Choose whatever you need. Any more, you're wasting your money. Any less, and you don't get the features you need.

 

Only you know what you need to do with your computer, so nobody's really qualified to answer this question except for you.

Windows 10, i7 920 @ 2.6Ghz, R9 290, 12gigs of ram, OS on an ssd and I have a WD 1TB HDD. Computer was built in 2009 minus the 290 upgrade and adding in another 6 gigs of triple channel DDR3
