GPU R-7 -360 2 gig DDR5, here I also need some help, it wont let me download latest driver, says file does not exist.  Also in system manager it list it as R-200 series

How do I test Frames per second like I see on people's build.  Pics later as phone is dead, sadly but hopefully intensive care will revive it

You can test with FRAPS which is free. Steam allow you to see it if you change settings

If you meant installing the GPU drivers then don't use device manager. Get the latest drivers from AMD's website. For FPS monitoring fraps works fine.
