GTX 950 being weird

So today I'm loading my game (SW Battlefront) and I notice that I am getting severely low fps. I check on CAM to see that the game itself is using 3.2 gigs of RAM (8 gigs total in system) and I also see that my GPU is at 100% load, but the core clock is only at 405 mhz and the memory clock is at 810 mhz. My 950 is not overclocked, so I'm not sure what's causing it. Here is the whole build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/vC968K

Power Management Mode > Optimal Power 

thats what it should be on

basics firsts, nvidia drivers all in tact? geforce experience updated?

 

can start with a simple driver re install? if not well work from there

I reinstalled the drivers and it worked! Thanks for the help.
