Gears of War Ult Ed Xbone + PC

So I decided to get the ultimate edition of GoW4 on Xbox one because it was advertised to work on both platforms (Xbox one and pc). I opened my game and there isn't a code for pc.. Does anyone know how this is supposed to work? I wanted to start the download for the game tonight so it'd be done by the time I woke up tomorrow. Any suggestions would be phenomenal. Thanks!

Xbox one because it said it came with the game for both platforms so figured why not get it for both.

I was messing around on the app for the better part of an hour and a half trying to figure it out and still haven't had any luck. I'll probably contact Microsoft to see what's up.

Are you using the same email adresses?

Since the game isn't released yet, maybe you can't use the play anywhere function yet maybe?.

Gears of War 4 isn't released yet. Gears of War Ultimate Edition was released August 25.

Edit: Oh. Maybe he does mean 4. Sorry.

Log into Windows 10 using the same credentials you use for Xbox, and go to the Windows Store page for it. Maybe you'll see a download link?

I would like to play both. But i dont support the MS Store...hope it comes to Steam some Day.
