Create Custom Edge Shortcuts?

There are a few features I really like about the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge such as the one-handed operation.

Is there any way to make a shortcut to toggle this on/off?

Or any way to make personal shortcuts to specific apps or actions other than the pre-programmed ones either on the edge panel or just the home screen?
