New update makes my game freeze

Hey guys, I have windows 10 and it just updated and now everytime I alt+tab or close cs go it just goes black and i need to reboot.

How can I fix it?

how do i revert to the previous update?

like i dont mind the update but it needs to be good, people pay a lot for this operating system
