I got a 5.25 card reader ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/5-25-All-in-One-Media-Dashboard-Multi-Function-Front-Panel-Card-Reader-USB-SATA-/361655311658?hash=item5434561d2a:g:Y2AAAOSwbsBXkcS7 ) and there are 2 USB 2.0 headers that i plugged in my motehrboard (ASRock Z97 Extreme4). On the 5.25 card reader's box, it shows that each USB 2.0 header connector has its own cable, since the card reader i bought has 4 USB 2.0 connections too. Each cable is for the actual cards such as compact flash. SD, MMC, etc and for the 4 USB 2.0 connectors I have. When i plugged in my SD card to test it, it works, and same for the 4 USB 2.0 connections, but when I plug in my compact flash, my computer doesn't recognize the compact flash. I have an "Aliva Compact Flash 60x High Speed" compact flash. Does this mean that my compact flash only runs at USB 3.0 speed?

P.S. I'm sorry for this lengthy forum post, i'm just not sure how to word it without explaining it competlely
