File Systems.

Hello I'm looking for a good backup file system. Right now I have all of my files across couple of hard drives. But I am planning on making my computer backup those files every night. and I would like to have my backup server proper file categorizes. Any suggestions on how I should categorizes. I have a lot of games on my pc,Graphic files,Programming and Video/Pictures also Programs settings files.

Just to be clear, are you looking for answers about how best to do the backup, or are you actually wondering what filesystem to use for it, like NTFS, EXT4, etc.?

Personally I would setup a batch script with all the robocopy commands you need to get what you want, where you want it to go, and then just set it to run every X days or hours.
