EFI shell version 2.31 [4.654]

Can't find how to fix this. My computer will boot up but after 20 or 30 min of use it will flash a blue screen with a :( and a qr code (can't scan qr code because its to quick) and then will boot into EFI. I googled it and some said to change SATA cables and I did but same problem. I also went to bios and did restore to default setting but nothing changed.
