Changed display settings - now black

Hi,

 

Windows kindly did the latest update and messed my screen resolution up, so I went in to intel's graphics driver programme because you can do custom resolutions (have an old TV as monitor).  So I did my custom resolution and then set it to 60hz rather than 59 and now every time it boots to windows the screen go's black.

 

I have tried F8 at boot but this does not work to get in to safe mode, as I am using an SSD.

 

Any advice?
