Blue/White Lightning build

Hi, I need help with a couple thing for what I'm calling my "Lightning" build. Its going to using blue/white cause I think the blue will 

look great against white. So far I plan to use:

case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro White ( and I'm getting some blue lightning bolts painted on it)

processor: Intel i5 6600k

memory: Avesir Raiden 16GB (2x8GB) (white/blue)

graphics: NVidia GTX 1070 FE

I plan on getting some Cablemod white/blue cables but not sure on PSU.

I want to custom water cool but not sure if I should colour the liquid but I was thinking UV blue, or cool the CPU and GPU separately and do one blue and the other white .

I have HDDs to put in from old system.

Any ideas for the rest would help thanks.

Consider Phanteks Eclipse P400 White with a Phanteks LED Strip attached to the LED controller that's integrated to the case. LEDs are set to pink on the picture, but you can set them to blue.

Considering he wants custom loop, that case is a no no.
