get a better psu, raidmax is known to be horrible when it comes to psus. get the XFX ts 550w for a few bucks more, much better quality. also, your budget is enough for a better RX 470, get that instead of the gtx 960. get 1x8gb of ram to save the slot for later. you can use the stock cooler to save money.
