Amazon drive auto sync

Is it possible to auto sync folders like documents and downloads to Amazon drive without any third party application?

Additionally if it's not possible could you recommend an app that does allow auto sync for Amazon drive, I don't believe Ease US to-do backup supports Amazon drive as it doesn't show in finder/explorer
