Intel Xeon E5-2683 V4 ES Motherboard compatibility

Hey there guys,

I'm building my PC and i need help with the CPU and motherboard compatibility, I'm thinking of getting the Intel Xeon E5-2683 V4 ES QHUY 16Core 40MB 2.0GHz 120W LGA2011-3 Processor CPU, but it's only compatible with z10 series motherboards, so I tried to check the Asus Z10PE-D16 WS but there's a chance of incompatibility because I need to get another CPU.

Do you guys know another motherboard that could be compatible with my CPU without me having to buy another one? There's also the Asus Z10PA-U8 but I don't really know how compatible it is.

Thank you for the help!

And do you think i won't have any problems operating on one CPU when it's not populated by 2 CPUs? and  do you think the Z10PA-U8 is a good choice?
