need new monitors please help

Hello, currenty i have a 25" 1440p monitor. I am looking into getting either a dual monitor setup or a triple monitor setup. Would you get another 25" 1440p monitor or 2 24" 1080p monitors? I will be playing a lot of racing games and triple monitor seems like a lot of fun.
