How good is this board. I am looking at getting one off of ebay for 130. Is it worth it. Other wise i can get one for 190 off of amazon.

I just bought and put the mpower in my system. I don't have much to compare it too as I'm only owned 1 other board. The mpower offers a lot for its price. I really like the OC genie button, and the built in wifi both work very well. The power LEDs are a interesting touch they flash blue but I'm not sure whether they can changed to a different colour. The matte black pcb is deadly and side usb 3.0 and sata ports makes my build look so much cleaner. My only complaints are the bios install disk is loaded with junk and there may be a bit of a whine or it could just be my corsair cooler and after shutdown my LEDs on my keyboard stay lit up. So far after a week of use I would still buy it again.

Its a good board i was getting one but they seem to have sent me an xpower instead but i'm not complaining

The MSI Z77 MPOWER is a great board but as others have stated, get it from Amazon or Newegg or somewhere reputable.
