Dude, get rid of that PSU. It almost double what you need. Go semi modular too. 
And you won't see benefit out of that monitor. Overkill.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

This should work. Alot of your stuff was unnecessarily expensive. The PSU is not the best but it is cheaper and WILL WORK and will be just fine. (You have a little wiggle room if you really wanted to get a better one but I own this one and it works just fine. No problems. Just stay away from the corsair CX stuff.

One fan? I am not sure I understand? Only one TYPE of fan in ALL their psus or only one in this model? I cant think of any psu off the top of my head that has more than one in it.

Yes within reason. 80+ bronze it fine but just do not get a grey box with wires yet at the same time you do not need a golden box with gold wires. Just one that works.

Better swap that monitor with an IPS one and a locked 6600 is not worth it comapred to 6500 and 6400.

If you are talking about the GPU, EVGA's cooler is sufficient for the 1060, despite having a single fan.
